We process and ship orders as quickly as possible so we’re unable to amend the address on any online orders.
If you incorrectly placed an order, once you have received the order you can return it back to our warehouse or to your local DECJUBA store. Find a store here.
If your order has already been dispatched, DECJUBA cannot change your delivery address, and you will need to contact PBT to arrange a redirection.
